The year 2018 continues to be a memorable year for the sport of MuayThai in the magical city of Hong Kong ? the third WBC world title contest to take place there in 2018 ? has just been announced.

Thailand?s superstar Zaza Sor Aree will square off against Australia?s Alma Juniko for the vacant WBC MuayThai bantamweight world title.

Zaza, or the ?Queen of MuayThai? as she is affectionately known has shared the ring with many stars throughout her career, winning world titles along the way, this shot at a coveted WBC world title is a righteous opportunity for this magnificent proponent of the sport of MuayThai.

18-year old Alma, fighting out of the Modern Warriors gym south of Brisbane city in Australia has blazed a trail on her way to this opportunity to fight for a WBC world crown, and now she quite literally faces the biggest test of her fledgling career.

Zaza boasts a professional fight record of 33 victories and 6 loses whilst Juniko is 20 and 3 as a professional MuayThai fighter.

The showdown takes place at the Southorn stadium in Hong Kong on Thursday the 13th of December.
