The famous Cadiz Football Club will host a coveted WBC MuayThai world title contest next month, when two of Europe’s top talents look to join a prestigious club, in winning a World Boxing Council MuayThai world title.

Spain’s Carlos Coello will face off against France’s Daren Rolland for the vacant World Boxing Council MuayThai featherweight world title, on Thursday the 1st of August.

Thailand based Coello, a former WBC MuayThai International featherweight champion, and longtime resident in Thailand, will be looking to make history in becoming the first-ever Spanish WBC MuayThai world champion.

For Rolland, the current WBC MuayThai International super-bantamweight champion, the time is right to step up into the fold at featherweight and look to continue the long lineage of French WBC MuayThai world champions.

On behalf of WBC MuayThai President, Pol. General Kovid Bhakdibhumi, and the entire team at the World Boxing Council, we wish both men the best of luck for their upcoming encounter.
