THREE NEW STATE CHAMPIONS CROWNED…

Wednesday, July 31: This past Saturday night witnessed the inaugural MTGP show take place in Perth, Western Australia.

The event featured three World Boxing Council MuayThai Western Australia state title contests. The matchups were well planned and the orchestrated chaos that ensued did not disappoint those in attendance.

Max Mcvicker, showed just why so many people are talking about the upper echelons skills he possess — in the ring!

A fine display of attack-minded aggressiveness and defensive awareness sealed the World Boxing Council MuayThai Western Australia super-Lightweight state title for MadMax, who fights out of Beastmasters Australia.

Tim Mitchell became the new World Boxing Council MuayThai Western Australia State welterweight champion.

The NRT gym fighter outgunned and outmaneuvered his game opponent, Brant Soden, over five rounds of action to claim the vacant title, on Saturday night's Muay Thai Grand Prix Australia event.

The outcome of the contest was a unanimous points victory for Tim, who also won the ‘fighter of the night’ award.

Liz Earp captured the vacant World Boxing Council MuayThai Western Australia super-featherweight state title.

Liz defeated Sharayah Lee Berecz, over five action-packed rounds, on Saturday night’s MTGP show in Perth to claim the championship title.

All three judges scored the contest for a unanimous points victory for the Kalamunda Kickboxing and Martial Arts gym fighter.
