Sunday, August 21, 2022: This afternoon in Bangkok, WBC MuayThai President Police General Kovid Bhakdibhumi hosted a dinner for the young athletes who represented the WBC MuayThai Thailand at last weekโs sensational ๐๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐๐ก๐๐ข ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐ฌ in Calgary, Canada.
The gathering was to show his sincere gratitude for the skill, dedication, and manner in which all of the team handled themselves in the buildup, and during the week of the games, Team WBC MuayThai Thailand secured four medals at the games (3 gold and 1 silver).
As a surprise and much-appreciated gesture, Police General Bhakdibhumi awarded all four athletes monetary scholarships toward the cost of their formal education from the WBC MuayThai Youth Cares program.
