The stage is set for another exciting chapter in Brazilian MuayThai as the 13th edition of Calango Stadium takes place on June 6, 2026, at Ginásio Pax in Gama, Federal District, Brazil.

Promoted by Mazinho Costa and sanctioned under the supervision of WBC MuayThai Brazil chairman Tuniko Ferreira Jr., the event will showcase some of the nation’s finest amateur talent as athletes compete for one of Brazil’s most prestigious amateur MuayThai honors.

The highlight of the evening will be the WBC Amateur MuayThai National Championship Super 4 Grand Prix in the Welterweight division (up to 67 kilograms). Four athletes representing four different regions of Brazil will battle for the opportunity to become the WBC Amateur MuayThai Brazilian National Champion.

The competitors are:

  • Carlos Eduardo (Federal District) – 67 kg
  • Vitor Hugo (Minas Gerais) – 67 kg
  • Alexandre (Goiás) – 67 kg
  • Max Arthur (Federal District) – 67 kg

With athletes from multiple states coming together in the nation’s capital, the tournament reflects the continued growth and development of MuayThai across Brazil. Each competitor enters the ring with the same objective: to emerge victorious and claim the coveted national championship belt.

Brasília will provide the perfect backdrop for an evening of elite amateur competition, showcasing the skill, determination, and spirit that define the Art of Eight Limbs. Fans can expect high-level action, intense matchups, and memorable performances as the four-man tournament unfolds.

As the road to the top of Brazilian MuayThai continues, all eyes will be on Ginásio Pax to see who rises above the competition and writes their name into the history books as the next WBC Amateur MuayThai Brazilian National Champion.

The question remains: who will seize the moment and leave Brasília with the national title?

The answer will be decided inside the ring.
