Spain’s Alex Usieto successfully defended his WBC MuayThai Super-Bantamweight Championship with an impressive fourth-round technical knockout victory over Morocco’s Abdelmalik Lazizi at the NDL promotion in Barcelona, Spain.

Fighting in front of an enthusiastic home crowd, Usieto delivered a composed and commanding performance from the opening bell. The Spanish champion combined precision striking, relentless pressure, and sharp ring control to gradually break down the determined Moroccan challenger.

As the contest entered the fourth round, Usieto significantly increased the pace, forcing the referee to intervene and award him the victory by technical knockout after Lazizi was no longer able to intelligently defend himself.

With the victory, Usieto retains his WBC MuayThai Super-Bantamweight title and further strengthens his position as one of Europe’s leading competitors in the division. The successful title defense is another important milestone in his championship reign and reinforces Spain’s growing presence on the international WBC MuayThai stage.

The WBC MuayThai congratulates Alex Usieto on his successful title defense and extends its respect to Abdelmalik Lazizi for his courageous challenge in a spirited championship contest.
