Thursday, September 16, 2021: Chris Johnstone and his team at Destiny MuayThai promotions will host their final show of the year on Saturday, October 30, at the Mt Warren Sports Center in Brisbane.

The show will feature three WBC MuayThai championship title contests plus a host of other super-fights to round off a night of expected fiery MuayThai action.

Current WBC MuayThai Australia middleweight champion Matthew Webb will finally be allowed to defend his coveted domestic championship strap after a long layoff.

The champ will defend his title against a formidable and experienced opponent in Jay Tonkin. This has the makings of a sensational matchup between of Australia’s top talents.

Speaking of an anticipated matchup, Cindy Watt will clash with Lucy Deadman for the vacant WBC MuayThai Queensland mini-flyweight championship strap in a matchup between two of the region’s top talent at 105 pounds.

Another mouth-watering regional showdown to look forward to on the event is the clash between Brandon Baresic and Boum Lambarki for Brandon’s WBC MuayThai Queensland welterweight strap.

This will be the first defense of the title for Brandon since he captured the title at the last Destiny MuayThai event.

The entire WBC MuayThai family wishes the promoters, fighters, and all involved to show the best of luck for a safe and successful event.
