Sunday, December 5, 2021: The prestigious and unique WBC MuayThai Nai Khanom Tom Challenge belt was the prize on the line when Thailand’s Lukkromluang Sirilakmuaythai clashed with Japan’s Nadaka Yoshinari for the main event on today’s BOM MuayThai promotion in Tokyo, Japan.
Lukkromluang, now based in Japan, a former elite MuayThai fighter on the Thai stadium circuit, faced a daunting challenge against former Lumpinee Stadium, Rajadamnern Stadium, and WBC MuayThai world champion, Nadaka, for the right to take home the aforementioned Nai Khanom Tom Challenge belt.
The jewel in the crown of Japanese MuayThai shone bright — once more — as he turned in a masterful performance to outgun, outmaneuver and outsmart his tricky Thai opponent to take home a unanimous points decision.
The judges scores: 50-46, 50-46, 50-47.
On behalf of the WBC MuayThai and its President, Police General Kovid Bhakdibhumi, we congratulate Nadaka on his night of tremendous success and thank BOM MuayThai for their continued support of WBC MuayThai championship activities.
We send a particular word of thank you to our dedicated WBC MuayThai Chairwoman in Japan, Chisa Yamane, for her continued passionate work to promote MuayThai and WBC MuayThai activities in the region.
