Saturday, December 18, 2021: Italian fighter Luca Falco claimed the WBC MuayThai Mediterranean super-lightweight championship title with a unanimous points decision over Spain’s Jose Maria Quevedo on this evening’s MuayThai Gala in Sorrento.
Both fighters put on a tremendous display of the science of eight limbs to the delight of those in attendance. Sorrento Boxing Promotions promoted the show.
This was a big night for Falco as he was looking to bounce back from the bitter disappointment of losing to England’s Nathan Bendon for the prestigious WBC MuayThai International title. He answered himself in style this evening to show that he was ready to challenge the top fighters in the competitive 140-pound division.
