Thursday, February 3, 2022: The king of the MuayThai cruiserweights, Germany’s Gerardo Atti, the current WBC MuayThai cruiserweight champion of the world, will next month put his coveted crown on the line when he squares off against Canada’s Mark MacKinnon.
The much-anticipated showdown will headline the MuayThai World Cup event at the Seven Chiefs Sports Complex in Calgary.
Gerardo was crowned WBC MuayThai world champion last year after defeating England’s Juan Cervantes. The challenger, MacKinnon, is the number one ranked WBC MuayThai cruiserweight contender and current WBC MuayThai International champion.
