Monday, August 1, 2022: Karishma Karki was yesterday crowned the first-ever WBC MuayThai female flyweight champion after a TKO decision win over her compatriot Teji Gurung in the main event of the Fight to Empower Women Fight Night in Kathmandu.
We wish Teji a safe and healthy recovery and hope to see both ladies back in the ring soon to showcase their MuayThai fighting skills.
