Steve Wakeling is a former two-weight WBC MuayThai world champion. He defeated Australian superstar John Wayne Parr in March 2006 to become the first-ever World Boxing Council MuayThai middleweight champion of the world.

Wakeling would go on to win a second WBC MuayThai world title in 2011, this time up at super-middleweight, where he defeated Thailand’s Jaochalam Chatkranok, via a TKO victory, in Pattaya, Thailand.

The English fighter would end his career as a four-time MuayThai world champion, defeating some of the world’s top opposition along the way. The WBC MuayThai is immensely proud of Steve Wakeling as a two-time former WBC MuayThai world champion.
