The first-ever WBC MuayThai Officials Online Workshop for Malta was successfully held yesterday, drawing excellent engagement from the local officiating community. A total of 29 officials attended the intensive seminar, reflecting a strong commitment to education and development within the sport.

The workshop was hosted by Kevin Noone, Secretary General of WBC MuayThai, who delivered a comprehensive session focused on officiating standards, ring management, and the continued evolution of best practices in MuayThai judging and refereeing.

The event was expertly organized by Calvin Dean, WBC MuayThai Representative for Malta, whose efforts ensured smooth coordination and strong participation from officials across the region.

This milestone workshop forms part of WBC MuayThai’s broader global education initiative, aimed at enhancing the quality and consistency of officiating worldwide. Building on the success of the Malta seminar, additional workshops are already scheduled in the coming months, with further countries set to benefit from the program.
