WBC MUAYTHAI ANNOUNCES “NEXT GENERATION OF RISING STARS SERIES”
A New Global Platform for Youth MuayThai Athletes

Bangkok, Thailand — The WBC MuayThai is proud to officially announce the launch of the WBC MuayThai NEXT GENERATION OF RISING STARS SERIES, an exciting new international initiative designed to create opportunities and global exposure for the next generation of MuayThai athletes.

The series will feature fully funded international events focused exclusively on youth MuayThai competition, with the aim of developing young athletes, inspiring future champions, and strengthening the worldwide WBC MuayThai ecosystem.

Each event will be produced in the format of a professional MuayThai fight show and will showcase approximately 8–10 high-level youth contests per event. Every contest will be fought for the prestigious and newly designed WBC MuayThai Rising Stars Belt, a unique championship created specifically for this groundbreaking series.

The initiative represents another major step forward in the continued global development of MuayThai and reinforces the WBC MuayThai’s long-term commitment to youth participation, athlete development, and international opportunities within the sport.

“This project is about investing in the future of MuayThai. Around the world we see incredible young athletes dedicating themselves to our sport, and the WBC MuayThai believes they deserve a professional platform to showcase their talent, passion, and discipline.

The NEXT GENERATION OF RISING STARS SERIES is designed to inspire the next wave of champions while also creating unforgettable experiences and opportunities for youth athletes globally. We are building something very special for the future of MuayThai.” Stated Kevin Noone, Secretary General, WBC MuayThai.

The WBC MuayThai has already secured the location for the inaugural event, which is scheduled to take place later this year, with further details to be officially announced in the near future.

“This series is about giving young athletes a stage to shine, creating international opportunities, and investing in the future of MuayThai,” stated WBC MuayThai Secretary General Kevin Noone. “We believe this project can become an important platform for identifying and developing the next generation of MuayThai stars from around the world.”
