Sunday, August 8, 2021: The WBC MuayThai team in Mexico hosted another sensational night of MuayThai action – last night – in Monterrey.
The rise of the sport of MuayThai has been quite exponential over recent years, with Julio Gamboa and the team the driving forces behind the success.
The star of last night’s event was young athlete Emiliano “BTI” Hernández, as he captured the WBC MuayThai Mexico super-featherweight championship with a resounding win over fellow young athlete, El Punta Pedroza.
A big congratulations also go out to Jorge Camacho for capturing the WBC MuayThai State championship strap.
The entire WBC MuayThai team is delighted to witness the sport’s continued growth in Mexico under the stewardship of Julio Gamboa and the team.
